আমার দেহ আপন করি পেয়েছো নাহি মোরে—
মোহ-মায়ার আলিঙ্গনে জেনেছো অপ্রাপ্তিরে।
ত্যাগি মোরে, দেহ-বিমচনে, জগতেরে করি আপন,
হতবাক হয়ে পেয়েছো মোরে— জেনেছো প্রকৃত গ্রহণ।
You have made my body your own, yet you have not found me there.
All your embraces have come to naught, deluded that I am but my body.
My body turned to ash, and thus forsaken, you turned towards the world:
And lo! You found me at last— for now you knew that I was everywhere.
